Stuzzichini – Slow cooked confit fresh tuna with ‘u capuliatu’ & Sicilian oregano (fish)

Pasta – Busiate pasta con pesto alla Trapanese (V) – Strazzanti classic recipe parcel dish with freshly made pesto trapanese and fresh tomatoes

Secondo – Involtini alla Trapanese e contorni – Rolled thinly sliced chicken, filled with Pecorino, parsley and garlic, cooked on spiedini skewers served with a fresh salad

Dolci – The Strazzanti Sicilian Pistachio Cake and our Strazzatini Digestivo

All served with paired Sicilian wine, fresh bread & Strazzanti extra virgin olive oil.
