Twice-milled durum wheat semolina or Semola Rimacinata comes from Sicilian durum wheat grains. This type of semolina is finer than a regular semolina as it’s milled two times. It’s slightly more yellow in colour than soft wheat flour. This re-milled semolina is great for making homemade pasta and pizza.
Store in a cool, dry place.
