The classic, for those who enjoy simple flavours, our Nonna Strazzanti’s classic tomato sauce ‘Sugo di Pomodoro’ is packed full of Sicilian flavorsome tomatoes, with a hint of basil and garlic. Serve with our organic, anti mafia pasta and finish with a drizzle of Sicilian infused chilli oil if you like a bit of a kick! Warmy paired with Centopassi Giato Rosso, a red wine blend of Nero D’Avola: 70% and Perricone: 30%. On the nose intense notes of red fruits with spicy notes of black pepper.

1 x 500g Organic Sicilian durum wheat Linguine pasta – from Libera Terra (“Freed Land”) who champion organic and sustainable farming on hundreds of hectares of land taken from mafia organizations in Sicily. Cold pressed semolina (<40°C) & bronze drawing (WHEAT)
1 x 200ml Sicilian Peperoncino, Chilli Infused Olive Oil – Our bottles are the perfect size and gift to yourself or a friend to enhance any dish, salad and bread dipping.
1 x Giato Rosso, Centopassi – On the nose intense notes of red fruits, with hints of balsamic and spicy notes of black pepper. Earthy with vibrant acidity, a pleasant soft mouthfeel with well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
