Using our elegant Sicilian flourless Almond cake mix topped with a smooth and sharp raspberry ganache and finished with freeze dried raspberries. Included is our secret Strazzanti Sicilian nut flour blend which has a blend of 5 different varieties of Almonds from the Val di Noto region in the South-East of Sicily imported directly by us from family run farms.

Also included are the exclusive specialist baking equipment needed for this recipe and a step-by-step recipe card with Emilia’s personal tips.
