Make your own Sicilian Almond & Citrus Cake at home

Enjoy our signature Sicilian almond at home with this bake at home recipe parcel.

Included is our secret Strazzanti Sicilian nut flour blend used in The Sicilian Bakery. It includes a blend of 5 different varieties of Almonds from the Val di Noto region in the South-East of Sicily imported directly by us from family run farms.

This cake has a citrus sharp hit of lemon from the lemon ganache cream for a vibrant finish. Decorate with our crushed almonds, freeze dried raspberries and our Strazzanti logo disc guided by a recipe card and Emilia’s personal tips.
