A typical Sicilian croccante “Qubbayta” originating from the Baroque town of Modica, Province of Ragusa, this nut brittle is eaten all year round, especially at Christmas time in Sicily. Handmade in our East London professional production kitchen using an heirloom variety of almonds from the Val di Noto hills, the scent of roasted & caramelised almonds and salty savoury sesame seed fills the room with festive spirit. A very morish treat and makes a perfect dessert to finish a meal.
