Indulge in our uniquely flavoured Colomba Cake, Colomba di Pasqua. This is a traditional Italian cake eaten at Easter time. Our Colomba is filled with candied apricots running through the enriched dough and covered with a silky Sicilian chocolate glaze.
With no added preservatives, our Colomba di Pasqua can be enjoyed with our sweet almond spread, generously layered over each slice. Made with Sicilian heirloom almonds from Val di Noto, famous for their sweet, delicate flavour, our sweet almond nut spread is made in small batches for optimum freshness and a superior flavour.
Our Colomba di Pasqua Cake has been carefully handcrafted from recipes that derive from the most ancient Italian and Sicilian confectionary traditions. Working closely with our fellow Sicilian artisans, who are equally as passionate as we sisters about using only the most genuine and carefully selected ingredients from the Sicilian territory.
