3 steps to creating the perfect Sicilian coffee

A Sicilian Lifestyle Blog
Coffee is a big part of our daily ritual, it’s the start of our day, it’s our “tira-mi-su” afternoon pick me up, it’s part of our lifestyle.

Whether its the Moka pot in the morning, slowly brewing away on the stove filling the house with delicious awakening coffee scents or standing at the local Chiosco or bar taking the shortest espresso you will ever find for that deep intense hit of coffee!

Coffee is personal from choosing your blend, to your maker and then to your sweetener so we have put some options together for you!

1)Choose your blend
– The Fragrant coffee lover – Choose “Selinunte” This coffee has a Mediterranean soul with notes of sea lily and fragrant scents of Castelvetrano black bread

– The Fruity & Savoury Coffee Lover – Choose “Quattro Canti” This coffee has a Mediterranean soul with notes of sea lily and fragrant scents of Castelvetrano black bread

– The Nutty & Citrus Coffee Lover – Choose “Teatro Massimo” This coffee contains the traditional aromas and flavours of the city Paletmo, with hints of toasted almonds and citrus jam

2) Choose your Coffee Maker

– The Classic Italian Moka pot, to make more intense yet fragrant coffee – Choose our Coffee Tin & Moka Coffee Make
– The Coffee Press, to make longer less intense coffee but still keep the lovely fragrance of the coffee

3) Choose your sweetener

– Go “Amaro” and have your coffee without sugar
– Go “Dolci” and replace your sugar with our Crema di nocciola or even our crema di mandorle, delicious!
