Our collection of infused extra virgin olive oils are created from the heart of Sicily, on the hills near Caltanissetta, just moments away from the towns where our grandparents were born and raised. At 600 meters above sea level, in an area which has always been suitable and devoted to growing olives, the best olives are selected to produce our superior quality olive oil.

Our infused oils are reminiscent of the flavours of Sicily inspired by the cultural influences that were introduced to the land from all the various settlements. Enhance traditional Sicilian dishes which by nature are simple but yet so unique for their ingredients with our infused olive oils.

Infused Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Pepperoncino (Chili)
The Sicilian chili is fragrant, yet full of fiery sweet heat, once infused this is a great addition to your dishes to add a Sicilian chili kick without being too overpowering.

Infused Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Almond, Tomato & Garlic (Trapanese)
Our Trapanese infused extra virgin olive oil is inspired by the classic pasta dish from Trapani, pasta alla Trapanese, with flavours of Sicilian almonds, tomato and garlic. This is a wonderful oil on salads, meat, fish, pasta and grilled vegetables.

How to use our Sicilian infused extra virgin olive oils for perfect dressings & sauces

1.Lemon Sole
Dressing: add in some chopped parsley and a tsp of finely chopped capers to our lemon infused extra virgin olive oil and season the cooked lemon sole.

2. Salmon
Dressing: add in some finely shredded fresh fennel and capuliatu to our orange infused extra virgin olive oil and serve underneath the salmon.

3. Swordfish
Dressing: add to our Trapanese infused extra virgin olive oil some roasted chopped almonds and fresh torn up basil and serve on top of the grilled spada/swordfish.

4. Squid
Dressing: fry off some onions until crispy and dress in our chili infused extra virgin olive oil and mix through with the cooked squid.

5. Tuna
Dressing: add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sweet roasted garlic clove to our rosemary infused extra virgin oil and marinate the tuna before baking in the oven.
