The Sicilian Supper Club
From Palermo travelling down to Trapani through Enna and leaving from Catania, each supper club will celebrate the local dishes enjoyed in four different towns and cities of Sicily. Cooked by our youngest sister and professional chef Emilia.
A convivial evening of fine food and conversation, each menu paired wines comprises of a traditional Italian four course menu of Stuzzichini, Pasta Dish, Secondo and Dolci with paired Sicilian wine. A glass of prosecco upon arrival and to finish a ‘Strazzatini’ – the family’s take on the classic espresso martini using Sicilian coffee and Marsala wine.
